Stability and shelf-life are essential parameters to ensure the performance, quality and safety of dispersions, emulsions and foams throughout their lifetime. Predicting shelf-life based on rapid data collection or by accelerating the destabilization process is one of the biggest challenges in the development of new products. Traditional methods of studying them, such as visual observation and heat stress, are not quantitative and do not accurately reflect the development of formulations under their actual conditions of use.
